pre-paid calling card solution and service delivery platform.

will migrate all of its current TDM traffic to Solegy's ServicePDQ platform.
The migration is scheduled to occur in several phases, starting in the 3rd quarter of 2006.
The move will allow MGT to streamline its operations and
pave the way for exciting new services based on IP and IMS. Immediate benefits include

agents and distributor self-care, and the power to dynamically adjust traffic allocation
